WICKER BASKET / Fashion Master's Degree Project / 2021
Experimental garment created from "moulage" technique and experimentation with materials far removed from the world of traditional fashion for creating volumes and silhouettes and as new sewing methods.
Taking as a reference her childhood in the countryside and her family's traditions for this garment, the creator is inspired by the shape and volumes of the wicker baskets and the sacks used during the harvesting of the olives.
Materials used: wicker, rope, thin wire, linnen fabric, wood buttons.
